Certificate of Compliance

The provision of safety data sheets is of paramount importance to end users. Without this information it is impossible to produce an accurate COSHH assessment used to protect your employees, the public and your business.
The AGA have chosen to work with Sypol, a leading provider of risk management services. AGA Members can either submit their existing safety data sheets to Sypol for a full revision service or if required have new data sheets prepared by them in which case they will provide details of formulations, constituents, volumes etc.
Product users rely on the information provided by their supplier but the provision of an uncertificated data sheet cannot be taken as an assurance that the information provided is correct. The AGA are aware of safety data sheets that have in the past been found to contain inaccurate or misleading information.
Using products with certificated documentation can help ensure you are complying correctly with health and safety requirements.
